Frankenmuffins

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 applesauce
3/4 milk
6 ounces baby spinach
1 large banana
2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare muffin tins, using either wrappers or coat with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a blender, puree spinach, banana and vanilla until smooth. Fold liquid mixture into dry mixture. Fill muffin tins. Bake 18 minutes.
